PTO meetings for the 2023-2024 school year will be held at 6:30 in the evening on the following dates, with the exception of May.

• September 14 - Welcome Back at the Blue Ash Nature Park***
• October 12 - BAE Cafeteria
• January 18 - BAE Cafeteria
• March 14 - BAE Cafeteria
• ***May 9 **** Volunteer Apprecial Breakfast 9:30 am. BAE Cafeteria

Night Owls

PTO Night Owls are a group of parents who meet one or two times each month to complete projects for teachers. Pertinent information from geveral PTO meetings is typically shared. It's the perfect opportunity for any parent who is unable to attend regular PTO meetings to be able to be a part of the PTO experience!  Every bit of help is appreciated by the staff and teachers! 

Past projects have included (but are not limited to) sorting/organizing indoor recess bins, taking down/replacing bulletin boards or student work in hallways, shelving library books, cutting laminated materials, labeling leveled readers, separating Social Studies Weekly magazines, and decorating the school for upcoming holidays or PTO sponsored events.

The PTO Night Owls group is a great way to meet other parents while helping out in our children’s school. No experience is necessary and new members are always welcome! 

Night Owls Meetings for this year will be held from 7 -9 pm at BAE on the following dates:
