Mrs. Ralston is the Principal of Symmes Elementary. She served as acting principal during the 2020-21 school year, previously serving as assistant principal for six years. Mrs. Ralston also served as a reading and math intervention teacher at Symmes Elementary. She taught special education at Pleasant Run Elementary in the Northwest School District from 2001-2006. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in special education from Northern Kentucky University. In June of 2006, she completed her Masters of Education in Reading from the University of Cincinnati and began teaching special education at Symmes Elementary. Mrs. Ralston is currently working on her Masters of Educational Leadership at Miami University. She lives in Symmes Township with her husband and three children.

India Chambers-Richardson has served as Assistant Principal of Symmes Elementary since July 2021.  She has over 12 years of experience as an administrator and educator. Chambers-Richardson has most recently served as Director of Academics for Northside Preparatory Academy in Cincinnati. Previously she served as a math content specialist and 8th-grade math teacher at Coleman Middle School in Greenville, Mississippi. Chambers-Richardson is the Executive Vice President of Rising Stars of America, a community-based charitable non-profit organization focused on education and literacy. She received her bachelor's from Depauw University in 2009, her Master's in Elementary Education and administration from Delta State University, and is currently working on her Doctorate at the University of Dayton.
