Business Sponsorships

  • Thank you for considering a business sponsorship of the Sycamore High School After Prom.

    After Prom is a great way to keep our kids safe and at the same time provide a fun and memorable evening for them!  This year, After Prom will take place following Prom on April 24/25, 2021 and we expect approximately 500 students.  It is run by the SHS PTO and financed completely through ticket sales, fundraisers and contributions: no tax dollars are used. It is not a PTO fundraiser – every dollar collected goes back to the event.

  • Donations can be made in any amount.  Please consider donating at one of the various "levels":

    Title Sponsor:  $1000 (sponsor name in color, with logo, on banner at After Prom)
    Banner Sponsor:  $500 (sponsor name on banner at After Prom)
    Activity Sponsor:  $250 (sponsor name on activity sign at After Prom)
    Sycamore Sponsor:  $125 (sponsor name on poster at After Prom)

    All donors will be recognized in a thank-you ad on a poster at the event, published in the HS newsletter, and noted on the PTO social media pages following the event.

    We would like to receive donations by March 30.

     Raffle Prize Donation:  please download this form and drop off donation at school main office, or contact hsptoafterprom@sycamoreschools.org to arrange a pick up.

  • You may make your donation online using credit card or Paypal using the donate button above, or to send in a contribution, download this form (make check payagle to "SHS PTO", with "After Prom" in the memo line).  Mail to: Sycamore High School, After Prom Donations, 7400 Cornell Road, Cincinnati 45242.
