Personalized Learning & Support
Sycamore utilizes the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework to provide a personalized learning experience for every student.
This data-driven model helps teachers identify individual academic needs, including gifted services, intervention, or English as a Second Language (ESL) support.
Classroom teachers also use assessments to inform their delivery of appropriate instruction for all students.
Sycamore Schools work hard to meet students where they are in their learning, providing specialized support through Special Education, Gifted, and ESOL services.

Exploration & Enrichment
At Sycamore Schools, our K–4 students enjoy a well-rounded educational experience through year-round daily specials. These enriching programs include Art, Media Center, Music, Physical Education, and STEAM. By engaging in these diverse subjects, students develop creativity, critical thinking, physical fitness, and a love for learning that extends beyond the core curriculum.
In Grades 5–6, students continue to benefit from these daily specials while also exploring music options such as orchestra, band, and choir, further fostering their passion for music and performance.

This framework guides the student learning experience from kindergarten through high school, aligning with the pillars of Sycamore's Strategic Plan.
