Beginning November 5, log in to the employee portal below. or bookmark this URL: https://butlerhealthplan.benelogic.com/ to enroll or waive coverage. Remember, if you’re enrolling a spouse or dependents, you’ll need to provide documentation, like tax forms or birth certificates.

Log Into The Employee Portal:

• Username: first initial + last name + last 4-digits of your social security number + @sycamore (example: jdoe1234@sycamore)
• Password: If you have previously set up a password, it should remain the same for this enrollment period. If you need to reset your password, please email humanresources@sycamoreschools.org.

To update the beneficiaries for the life insurance coverage provided by Sycamore Community Schools, please complete the Google Form by clicking here.

If you are uncertain of your current beneficiary designations, we ask that you complete the Google Form to ensure our records remain accurate and up to date.
