Seniors and other students who are applying to a college or scholarship can indicate what schools they are applying to in SchooLinks. Please understand the counselors must have a minimum of two weeks to complete your requests.

How to Access your transcripts in Schoolinks

Former Students

How to Request Transfer of Records: If you are a former student or alumni, our Registrar, Lynda Kempke, can help you access your records by email or phone at 513-686-1774.

Alumni Transcript Requests: Alumni can request their transcript by completing the form linked below and submitting it to the Registrar by email, mail, or fax. 

  1. Complete one of the forms below 
    1. Former Student Transcript Request (PDF)
    2. Former Student Transcript Request (Google Doc) 
  2. Return it by email, in person, by mail, or fac
