Mr. Jay Meno

Mr. Meno joined the administrative team at E.H. Greene Intermediate during the summer of 2017. 

Meno comes to the Sycamore Family from Middletown City Schools, where he  served as the assistant principal at Middletown Middle School for three years. Prior to that, Meno taught AP Government at Lebanon High School for 17 years. He also served as the Social Studies department chair. Meno received his undergraduate and Masters of Curriculum from Ohio University and his Principal’s Licensure from the University of Dayton.

Meno is married with a daughter, Avery. His wife, Julie, graduated from Sycamore High School and is a teacher in the Lebanon City School District.

Mrs. Tricia Constable

Tricia Constable joined the E.H. Greene administrative staff in the 2019-2020 school year. She comes to Sycamore Schools with a total of seven years of assistant principal experience. Constable previously served as assistant principal of Endeavor Elementary in Lakota Schools.

Constable has twelve years of classroom experience, teaching fifth and eighth grade advanced science at North College Hill Middle School and Princeton Community Middle School. She also taught middle school science, reading, and language arts for all grades at Cobb Middle School. Constable also served as assistant principal for two years at North College Hill Elementary prior to working for Prior Lakota Schools. She received her Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati in 2011. She also studied at Bowling Green State University and don Quijote Schools in Spain. 

Constable lives in Montgomery with her husband and daughter, who attends Maple Dale Elementary.

Mrs. Lindsay Combs

 Lindsay Combs is the assistant principal at E.H. Greene School. Mrs. Combs came to the role with 13 years of educational experience, including two years serving Sycamore students.

Mrs. Combs has served as the Speech Language Pathologist at E.H. Greene Intermediate since 2020. She gained leadership experience by taking on additional responsibilities as an administrative intern during that time. Mrs. Combs has served as a member of the Building Leadership Team supporting the achievement of a safe, strong culture with data driven results. She also served on Greene’s PBIS Committee, Safety Committee, and Data review team to enhance the MTSS process.

Mrs. Combs is currently a Graduate Adjunct Professor at University of Cincinnati Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders. Prior to joining Sycamore, Mrs. Combs served as a Speech Language Pathologist at Hamilton County Educational Service Center, working in Loveland Early Childhood Center, Loveland Intermediate/Middle School, and St. Nicholas Academy.
