About Us

  • A Message From Our PTO President

Dear Blue Ash Parent or Guardian,

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! I hope your summer was filled with fun, and that you and your child/ren are looking forward to the upcoming year.

Whether your child will be attending school face to face or virtually, the PTO will make sure you are kept up to date with information. In the upcoming days, the PTO will be putting out the following information: Spirit Wear Order form, Calendar (dates are subject to change), Membership, Directory Spot, Hassle Free Donation, Homeroom Parent Sign Up and Fundraising Opportunities.

There are several ways to keep up to date and communicate with the PTO:
Here, on the Sycamore Community Schools Blue Ash Elementary PTO Website

PTO meetings will be held at 9:30am via Zoom on the second Thursday of October, January, and March. Our May meeting will be the first Thursday of the month. We will share the link a few days prior to the meetings.

Building a strong Blue Ash Elementary Community is a goal for the PTO. We are making plans for a fun (virtual) Haunted Fest month, as well as other activities throughout the year. For the most up-to-date information, please be sure to follow us on Facebook and/or Twitter.

This year, the Blue Ash Elementary PTO has chosen to provide PTO membership at NO COST. "Hassle-Free" donations are still accepted and can be submitted as part of the online membership form. Your free membership will give you access to Directory Spot, our on-line student directory app. Information regarding the DirectorySpot app will be emailed to PTO members this fall. In order for you to have access to DirectorySpot this year, you MUST fill out this membership form. Click here to join the PTO and have your information included in the PTO directory.

Our spirit wear sale runs through Friday, September 18th. This year we have a convenient website to place all orders. All spirit wear will be delivered to school. Orders will be sent home with f2f learners and virtual learning families will be notified of a pick up day/time. A portion of all the sales goes directly to the PTO. Click here to order.

I, and the rest of the executive board, look forward to working with you this year as we do our best to make a positive difference for our children, the staff, and our school. Please contact me anytime with questions.

    Sincerely,
Victoria Margroum – Blue Ash Elementary PTO President
