Staff Evaluation
Certified Evaluation
All certified staff members are evaluated annually through one of two systems: the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System (OTES) or the Danielson Framework.

OTES is used for staff who teach 50% or more of the school day.

Danielson is used for staff who teach less than 50% of the day.
If you are unsure which evaluation system applies to your position, please reach out to your building administrator for clarification.
