The Sycamore Community Schools Board of Education approved several administrative appointments for the 2026-2027 school year during its meeting on July 8.

These leadership updates support the district's ongoing commitment to academic excellence and student success:

  • Mrs. Natalie Jimenez, current Blue Ash Elementary Principal, will step into a new leadership role as the district’s Director of Curriculum & Instruction (K-6). Mrs. Jimenez’s deep understanding of curriculum, care for our students, and passion for Sycamore will ensure we maintain our high standards of academic excellence.

  • Mrs. Angela Faulhaber will join the district as the Director of Curriculum & Instruction (7-12). Having served as the Associate Principal of West Clermont High School and as an instructional coach and consultant, Mrs. Faulhaber brings a wealth of expertise that will make her an incredible addition to our leadership team.

  • Mrs. Danielle Gray has been named the new Principal of Blue Ash Elementary. Currently the Assistant Principal at Maple Dale Elementary, Mrs. Gray’s more than 27 years of experience in education, coupled with her deep commitment to student success, will allow her to guide the Blue Ash community with clear purpose and vision.

  • Mrs. Natalie Moss, currently an Intervention Specialist at Maple Dale Elementary, will step into the role of Interim Assistant Principal at Maple Dale. Having previously served as Interim AP at E.H. Greene Intermediate, Mrs. Moss is well-prepared to lead with a positive approach centered on collaboration and strong relationship-building.

  • Mrs. Taryn Barker will join Sycamore as the new Director of Special Education (7-12). Most recently the Associate Principal at the Lakota West Freshman Campus, Mrs. Barker's devotion to students, along with her past experience as a Special Education Coordinator, Intervention Specialist, and English teacher, sets her up for a highly successful transition.

In addition to these changes, Mrs. Misty Belfrom will continue in her vital role as the district’s Director of Special Education (K-6), providing ongoing support to staff and remaining dedicated to meeting the unique needs of our exceptional students.

We are excited to see how their leadership, hard work, and commitment help us fulfill our vision of empowering all learners to reach their full potential.
