Sycamore Community Schools

Sycamore Community Schools is pleased to announce a leadership transition at E.H. Greene Intermediate School. Please join the district in welcoming Mr. Mark Byrd as the school’s new Assistant Principal.

This transition comes as Mrs. Tricia Constable steps down from the role after six years of leadership. Mrs. Constable is excited to return to the classroom, where she looks forward to continuing her dedication to teaching and making a direct, positive impact on students. The district extends its deepest gratitude to Mrs. Constable for her years of administrative service to the Greene Intermediate community.

Mr. Byrd steps into the assistant principal role after most recently serving as the Supervisor of Data and Accountability for Lakota Local Schools, where he focused on fostering student growth and supporting staff through evidence based practices and school improvement strategies. He began his career at Kings High School as a mild-to-moderate intervention specialist and has also coached football, basketball, and track.
