Sycamore Seniors Named Coca-Cola Scholar Semifinalists
Three Sycamore High School students have been named 2019 Coca-Cola Scholar Semifinalists.
Seniors Grant Bruner, Shayna Kling, and Nicholas McDonough are among nearly 1,900 students from across the country to advance to semifinalist status.
The Coca-Cola Scholars Program is an achievement-based scholarship. Applicants are evaluated on leadership, academics, and service. This year, over 95,000 students applied for the opportunity at a $20,000 scholarship. Only 150 students will be named Coca-Cola Scholars in the Spring.
