Fashion For The Cure Raises $48,000
Sycamore High School shattered their fundraising goal during a fun night of fashion on February 15.
The 13th annual Fashion for the Cure benefitted the Dragonfly Foundation, a local non-profit organization that helps young cancer and bone marrow transplant patients and their families find strength.
This year’s fashion show featured local Dragonfly children modeling clothing from local boutiques as well as original pieces created by Sycamore High School fashion design students.
The event raised over $25,000 for the Dragonfly Foundation in 2018. They exceeded their goal of $30,000 this year, raising $48,000 for local families.
