The district was one of only two districts in Ohio to earn the highest rating from the state for 13 consecutive years.
Sycamore Schools was one of more than 1,133 workplaces invited to participate in the survey conducted by employee survey firm Energage. The employee survey sought responses regarding issues related to workplace culture including company alignment, execution, connection, training, work/personal life, administration, pay and benefits, and employee engagement. Over 36,300 employees were interviewed.
The district was recognized in the large workplace category with over 900 employees.
