Sycamore High School senior Palash Kapoor is one step closer to representing the entire state of Ohio at the National Senate Youth Week in Washington D.C. He's been selected for Ohio's Senate Youth Selection Day, happening on November 17, at the Ohio Statehouse and Ohio Supreme Court in Columbus Not only will Palash compete for this incredible opportunity, but selected students also have a chance to win a $10,000 scholarship.

Palash is a 2024 National Merit Semifinalist. He is also the president of Sycamore's National Honor Society and participates in Business & Technology Club and Chess Club. He is also a standout in Sycamore's DECA program.

In addition to all of Palash's awesome work with Sycamore High School, he excelled in his summer internship with Procter & Gamble and Business Leadership program with the Wharton School.
