A moment of silence will be held two minutes prior to kickoff at 7 p.m. at Sycamore Stadium at Coach Bud Acus Alumni Field. Sycamore High School junior Elsa Benson will sing the National Anthem a capella. One hundred student volunteers will unfurl a 100- by 50-yard flag across the field in a salute to military personnel. The momentous flag is being provided by the Tri-State Warbird Museum.
The Cincinnati Warbirds EAA Chapter Squadron 18 will flyover during the first quarter, at approximately 7:15 p.m., weather permitting. Military representatives will have a booth set up prior to game time with a Humvee, sniper suits and other equipment. The student section will be sporting patriotic gear.

Sycamore High School students will honor military members and first responders during the Aviators’ home football game tonight as the nation pauses to remember September 11. Several unique tributes, including a Warbird flyover, have been planned for the game versus Trotwood Madison High School.
