Mallory joins Sycamore Community Schools in 2015 as the Community Relations Director.

As Community Relations Director, Mallory Bonbright manages a comprehensive communications plan to promote the district, handle all media relations and create content for the district’s website, social media outlets and special publications.

Before joining Sycamore Schools, Bonbright served as an award-winning Senior News Producer at WLWT in Cincinnati. She earned an Ohio Associated Press award for “Best Newscast”, as well as an Ohio Valley Regional Emmy Award nomination for her work on the Western & Southern Open special. Bonbright also received an Edward R. Murrow Award for continuing coverage of the Casey Anthony murder trial while working at WESH in Orlando. Prior to her television experience, she covered the education beat for the Osceola News-Gazette, and was a syndicated radio personality. Bonbright earned her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Kentucky.
