Chad Lewis began serving as Superintendent of Sycamore Community Schools in 2021. He served Sycamore Schools as the Director of Business and Student Operations for eight years, overseeing child nutrition services, maintenance, transportation, and construction, prior to being named Assistant Superintendent in 2020. 

Lewis came to Sycamore in 2012 from Fairfield City Schools where he served as the Assistant Superintendent for Business and oversaw personnel decisions, union bargaining, energy management programs, bidding processes, and more.

Having also served as a teacher at Princeton High School, he earned his bachelor's degree in biological sciences from Northern Kentucky University and his master's degree in educational administration from the University of Cincinnati.
