Dr. Tanya Davis began serving Sycamore as Director of Human Resources in August 2021. Dr. Davis brings 18 years of diverse educational experience to the team, including most recently serving as Director of Human Resources in Trotwood-Mason City Schools. Prior to that, she led the Human Resources Department at Reynoldsburg City Schools. Dr. Davis has also served as the Assistant Director of Urban Support for the Ohio Department of Education Office for Exceptional Children, Senior Director of Student Services for Middletown Schools, Executive Director of Autry Learning Center, and Student Services Manager for Cincinnati Public Schools. She served as an Educational Audiologist in Cincinnati Public Schools. 

Dr. Davis currently teaches courses as an adjunct professor at Mount St. Joseph University. She has a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Cincinnati, a Masters in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Miami University, and her Superintendent License.
